The front desk was very helpfull even when there was a missunderstanding baout the price we found a solution .english german wasnt a problem.kitchen was good but a steak should be done on grill and not roasted in an oven...Hotel also close to hungarys best golf course the pannonia Golf and Country Club www.pannonia-golf.hu hotel located 27 km outside budapest on the way to vienna in a nice calmy area. Very good quality any time again !

I had a conference event

The conference attended more than 100 people. Check-out was a real mess. They had only two receptionists and the whole procedure lasted around one hour.

The hotel is conveniently located near the highway, making it easy to access. the rooms are clean and comfortable. the breakfast has some good options.

The service can be quite slow and unresponsive at times.

Very nice design and equipment in the room. Free of charge WiFi, cheap garage. Helpful staff - I had problem to open doors to my room and problem has been fixed immediately.

Restaurant is rather good, but I choose fish and unfortunatelly was not tasty. Besides that everything was good. Only waiters could improve their English, but it was not a big problem

The hotel is just a nice, comfortable, new, elegant and clean place! The position is perfect for travellers since it's just round the corner from the exit in the motorway Budapest - Gyor. I absolutely want to advice travellers to overnight in this place.

Quiet location, very good hotel, excellent SPA.

After travelling few hours, relaxing in the SPA would be just great, if the program would not end so early.

The hotel had a great spa and pool that were really enjoyable during our city break. The breakfast selection was fantastic with plenty of options to cater for all tastes. Location was great, just outside the city but conveniently close to transport links.

While the amenities were great, the rooms were quite small and cramped for two people with luggage. The restaurant was also quite pricey and the quality of the food was not up to par with the price.

Nice & very civilised for spa seekers, clean & modern, huge reception hall. Indoor parking. Free wifi.

The "superior room" was small, a very standard budget one, not at all thrilling considering the price (exceeding by roughly 10% the booked price). We had a very small balcony with an impossible view to other balconies & no chairs or table. The nearby rooms we could peek at had quite large & suitably furnished balconies. An innocent ''mistake" of the receptionists? I requested a clarification but got very unconvincing explanations. Will not revisit it, most likely.
